Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and the User in connection with the use of the Livestyler Service provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

1. The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen of the Service or otherwise make them available to the User.

2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations.

3. The amended Terms shall be announced with the effective date and reason for the amendment at least seven (7) days in advance. In case of changes unfavorable to the User, such notice shall be made separately at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.

4. If the User does not explicitly express objection after such notice, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 3 (Formation of the Service Agreement)

1. The User may request to use the Service, such as by applying for a demo, and the Service Agreement shall be formed upon the Company’s approval.

2. The Company may, at its discretion, restrict or suspend the provision of the Service if necessary.

Article 4 (Contents and Provision of the Service)

1. The Company provides the User with an AI-based style transformation demo function.

2. The Service is offered without registration as a limited trial and may be changed without prior notice in accordance with the Company's policy.

Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases:

1. Technical reasons such as system maintenance or repair

2. Significant operational reasons

3. Force majeure events such as natural disasters or power outages

4. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the above situations.

Article 6 (Obligations of the User)

The User shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Misappropriation of another person’s personal information

2. Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party

3. Unauthorized commercial use of AI transformation results

4. Any other acts that violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Content)

1. The copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service and its components (source code, design, images, etc.) belong to the Company.

2. The User may only use the results of the Service (videos, images, etc.) for personal trial purposes and shall not use them for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee the integrity, continuity, or accuracy of the Service.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any legal issues arising from the content uploaded by the User or the resulting output.

Article 9 (Termination of Agreement and Service Discontinuation)

1. The User may stop using the Service at any time.

2. The Company may restrict the use of the Service or terminate the agreement without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

Article 10 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and the User, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

These Terms shall take effect on July 1, 2025.
